CJ Too- 1st Week of Summer Challenge

Here is the summer layout I created for Craft Junkie Too- 1st Week of Summer Challenge. I used the Life's a Beach cartridge.

All cardstock used is from the solid cardstock packs from Michaels, the photo mats are DCW 4x6 card stock packs. The "sand" paper is from CM an old paper pack that I had.

Hope you all enjoy it.

Baby Girl Layout

Oh My Gosh!!! I am so far behind on my scrapbooking, it is not even funny. I have stacks of pictures to do and I can't stop taking more! Well I had time to work on a couple layouts today, figured I should get something done.
Here is a layout for my daugther's baby album.

WALMART HAUL!!! SO EXCITED

Check out the items I got from Walmart yesterday. I am soooo excited they had all scrapbooking items on clearance. Guess they are making room for all of those new exciting Cricut Lite cartridges.... Good news for me!

Here are 5 cartridges I got: Stretch Your Imagination $23, Tinkerbell $23, Doodlecharms $23, Independence Day $12, Summer Vacation $12. They had much more then these for $23 a piece.

MS Embossing Kit $3.50, 4 Stamps $2.00 each, and 3 embossing powder sets $2.00 each.. They definitely have some great deals going on right now. I was there last week and all the cartridges were $35 and the MS stuff was at least $2.00 more each. So glad I waited to buy them..
Hope you find as great of a deal as I did..

Birds Page/ Black & White Layout

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are having a Happy Friday!!! Just wanted to share with you 2 scrapbook page layouts I did. The first one was with the Storybook cartridge for the lettering, and the I just cut out the paper design and added a thick backing to it to make it stand out above the rest of the page.

This second page, I started at the Scrapbook Expo, it was one of the take n makes from Quick Quotes, I added some bling and the red flower to give it some pop.

I found these scrapbook frames at Michaels for 40% off so they ended up being around $5 each, and they are expandable. Expandable meaning, you can have very thick projects in them.

Piggy Bank Canisters

The 1st project I want to share are these adorable piggy banks I made for all of my nieces and nephew for Christmas. I used my empty enfamil formula canisters as the base for the piggy banks and then added paper and emblishments to complete them.

I used the Cricut to cut out the letters and glued the paper onto the canisters, then I decoupaged the whole canisters.
