Happy Wednesday! Is everyone having a lovely hump day? I am because my work day is almost over. YAY! I wanted to share with you a Pennant I made for the Cricut Circle Pennant Contest. We were supposed to make a pennant of our home state that represents our state. I live in NV and last year was our greatest college football season ever! GO WOLFPACK! We went all the way to the Championships with our home town hero quarterback Colin Kaepernick (who was drafted by the 49er's). We had a 13-1 season. It was awesome and totally brought NV pride to Reno. So with that in mind I made my banner honoring the NV Wolf Pack Football team.
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check back Saturday for our Operation Owl Blog Hop- where there will be lots of prizes and blog candy, it is sponsored by Amy Chomas.

YIKES! The monsters are out!
Hi Everyone
When the kids got out of school, I decided to make this little fun card. I do love Summer time, it is one of my favorite times of year. And the kids are out of school, so we always take a vacation in the Summer while they are out. This year we are planning on camping in the Redwood Forest in Northern California. We have never been there before so I am really excited. But in the mean time, we have to keep the kids busy with other fun.
I made this card from Mini Monsters and Mini Monster cuttlebug folders- 5x7 and Everyday Paperdolls for the briefcase and book.

Say Cheese Card & Father's Day Mini Album
Hi Everyone
Today I have a special treat for you all! Two posts in one.
To get started I would like to share with you a sample card using the NEW Getting Cricky with K.Andrew stamps. Here is a notecard I make using her Food for Thought set called "Say Cheese". You can purchase Kristal's stamp sets here. I just love her stamp sets, all of them are adorable and affordable! They are made of the highest quality and they stamp so crisp! These are the best stamps I have used!
I used Create A Critter for the cheese and Getting Cricky Food for Thought Stamp sentiments.
Don't forget to come back tomorrow for our Stamp preview blog hop and u-stream live video. Friday's Blog hop has some awesome giveaways, almost every DTM will be giving away one or more Getting Cricky stamp sets! So make sure you come and check it out! Keep reading below, because I put together this awesome Father's Day gift that is super easy to make.

This week our DT Challenge for Sweet Sassy Diva, was to create a Father's Day project. So, now that the kids are out of school, I knew they wouldn't have made anything for their dad so we decided to make a mini album for him. My son had such a fun time helping me make this album, he helped pick out the cartridges and the cuts we would use in the album.
Here is what we made.
First, I used some pre-cut chipboard that is 6 x 6, then I used the patterned cardstock out of DCWV- It's a Guy Thing stack and cut them to 6x6, and glued the patterned cardstock to the covers and then the other pages are also glued together to make them a little thicker. I glued the white side of the pages together. I inked the edges of the album with chocolate ink. I used my cinch to bind the album together which was super easy- after I learned how to use it LOL!
Next, I used Accent Essentials to cut of this circle shape. I had some clear stickers with sayings on them, this one says memories, and I used Tim Holtz Alcohol inks to die them. Used hemp twine for the bow.
I used the Boys will be Boys cartridge for the hammer and screwdriver, and cuttlebugged two DCWV metalic pieces of cardstock to make them look like tool box chrome.
The page on the left was done by my 2 year old daughter and the one on the right was by my 7 year, he wrote a list of reasons why his dad is the best dad in the whole world. Its hard to read because he has really sloppy handwriting but one of the reasons was because he plays with him...pretty funny huh.
I used Block Party for these cuts, dad is a great BBQer so we thought we would put some pics of that in there.
This is cuts from Everyday Paperdolls. We love to camp in the Summer.
These last pages are Super DAD from Paperdoll Dress Up and the back cover has a pockets for their Father's day present to him. They got him tickets to the Steve Miller Band concert up at the outdoor theater in Lake Tahoe.
So now all I have to do is fill it up with some pictures and cut of some cute sayings from the Cricut- like Dad Rocks etc.... Just a few finishing touches and it will be good to go.

Sweet Cheeks
Hi Everyone
This Sunday's challenge for the Simply Sunday challenge over at Getting Cricky is Designers Choice- Anything goes. WOOHOO! Well I just got my stamp set Food for Thought in the mail so I thought I would showcase a card with one the sayings on this set. Actually there are a couple of sayings that you can mix and match and this "Sweet Cheeks" is one of them.
As you can see from the picture of the set below, you can do some of your spacing with some of the words. Which I totally love, because sometimes you need to fill a bigger area of a card. This stamp set is really verstile. I love the font Kristal used on it.

SSD DT Beach Theme Mini Album Layout
Hi Everyone
This week for the Sweet Sassy Diva challenge, Bobbi Jo asked us to make a Beach themed 8 3/4 x 5 3/4 mini album double layout.
Here is the layout I made:
I used Peachy Keen PK165 Dolly Dumplins face stamps
The patterned paper on both pages is DCWV Stack 6 collection, cut at 5.5 x 8.5 each side. The solid green cardstock is cut at 5.75 x 8.75.
I used Everyday paperdolls for the dolls cut at 4" and Life's a Beach for the beach chairs cut at 3.5.
Here is how I set it up on the Gypsy
And the paper set up on the mat
I ended up not using the black paper or the red, white & blue patterned paper.
I also used my new Seweasy to sew the border of the page, which I totally love. It was so easy to sew the paper after it punches the holes into it.
Hope you all enjoy!
