Today I wanted to
share with you this Dream banner I made.
I tried something
different with this banner. I bought some Jewelry wire and put the banner
together with that.
I started by
wrapping a 5 inch piece of wire around a pencil to give it some curl, I did this
for every piece that is hooked together. I used paper from Me & My Big
Ideas. The stack doesn't have a name on it. But I just love the paper.
I also used
Storybook for the letters, butterflies, and scrolly thing. I added glitter to
every cut to make it stand out a little more. The letters are cut in DCWV
glitter cardstock.
I drilled holes in the chipboard for the wire- ok my hubby drilled the holes, but I was supervising the whole time. LOL!
I then laced the wire through the holes and make little knots on the back sides of the chipboard and wire.
Thanks for stopping & looking at my Home Decor project. I am giving away some blog candy too, woohoo! I will be giving away the New Limited Edition Tim Holtz Spring Ink Set or the Spring Re-inker set, your choice.

Birthday Wishes Card
Hi Everyone!
I know it has been awhile since my last post but Holy Cow this has been a very busy Summer for me. I am in the middle of trying to get my webstore up and running, studying for my CPA exam and I caught a nasty cold along the way too.
I did want to share with you a card I made for my friends special birthday and remind you about a Home Decor blog hop this is happening here this weekend and I hope you all can come and visit me. Plus, I am giving away some yummy blog candy!
Ok on to the card I made.
I just love the Create A Critter cartridge, it is probably one of my favorites! I don't know the brand of the paper I used I think it was DCWV but now sure, it was some scraps I had laying around my desk.
I hope to see you this weekend!
